Each department was assigned an icon representing their spot within the larger Amazon Fulfillment umbrella. As managers transferred between departments, they were awarded a patch to display time spent in a certain role.
The Amazon Swag program was created to incentivize associates by rewarding them with apparel, gift cards, game tickets, and more for exceptional job performance. These designs sought to both recognize accomplishments as well as provide stylish apparel that could be used inside and outside the workplace.
