This project was an exercise in translating the senses; converting sound to sight. The source material were a group of bands filling a similar side of the musical spectrum. The unifying visua lelement is a collection of works by Neo-Expressionist artist Anselm Kiefer. Each piece highlighted in the artist's respective spread contains thematic elements tied to the song quoted on the page.
